CUPE 1115 and the City of Welland have completed two days of negotiations with a provincially appointed conciliator. Negotiations will resume on Wednesday, March 17.
CUPE 1115 Members’ Discount Program
CUPE 1115 has implemented a members’ discount program using the “Endless Savings and More” app. This program will provide members with exclusive discounts to many online and national retail chains and services, as well as discounts on cell phones and cell phone plans through Telus and Rogers.

CUPE Ontario is calling for increased scrutiny of today’s announcement by the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS) that the pension fund lost more than $3 billion last year. This represents a shortfall of more than $10 billion compared to their own benchmark returns for 2020.
