CUPE Local 1115 represents approximately 110 municipal, library and crossing guard workers at the City of Welland, Ontario.  We work hard for the people of Welland and strive to provide exemplary service to our customers both in the public and business community.  Our skilled members pride themselves in the experience, knowledge, and expertise they bring to the job.  We touch almost every aspect of daily life while supporting a broad spectrum of municipal services including planning and development, building, engineering and infrastructure, traffic, parking, and bylaw, information technology, finance, communications, public works, crossing guards, library, clerks, and recreation, sport and culture.
